Unable to Select a build for Windows Feature Updates (WFU) (4306149)

When attempting to set up a Windows Feature Updates (WFU) Schedule, there are no options listed under Select a build in the Choose Windows Feature Update section. The words Select a build are listed with a colon, as if a list will be available, but there is no list of items available below that header.

This situation is caused by no available signatures for Windows Feature Updates. These signatures are downloaded on the first download after settings are changed to enable Windows Feature Updates.

This situation is most commonly caused by:

1. Subscription was not enabled
2. Downloads were not enabled
3. A download has not been completed since enabling Windows Feature Updates

To resolve this situation:

1. Ensure that Windows Feature Updates have been fully enabled
   1. Subscriptions
   2. Downloads
2. Ensure that the Signature download has completed
   1. Either the scheduled Signature Download or by clicking on Check for Update in the Signature section
