Can I Disable the Satisfaction Survey? (4305755)

The short answer is no because of the way the Satisfaction Survey works.

However you can hide the Satisfaction Survery from being viewed by performing the following steps:

1. Click Service Desk>Configuration>Queues.
2. A list of queues will appear.  Click the queue that needs to be configured.
3. Click Customize Fields and Layout link located to the left under Queue Configuration.
4. Under Ticket Layout click the paper/pencil icon to the right of SAT_SURVEY.
5. Change the permission to Hidden.  Make sure t mark as Not Required and click Save located to the right.
6. Your change has not been fully saved by clicking the save button.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.  This Save button applies the changes you have made.

With this action, the satisfaction survey is hidden from the user and will not have an option to fill it out, thus "disabling"  the satisfaction survey.
