This error message appears when the Archive Manager Web Services URL is not a valid one

Resolution
Perform the following to resolve this issue
Browse to the following registry key on the offline client
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Quest Software\Archive Manager\Client\Offline2 verify if the URL Mentioned in the ArchiveWebServiceURL Reg_Sz key is a valid one.
As a test the URL can be copied and pasted in the web browser
