Windows 2000 Clients receive error "Error 500 The function requested is not supported"
Description

When connecting to the Archive Manager website, Windows 2000 Clients get the error

Error 500: The function requested is not supported
Cause

This is a known MS issue caused when a strict security template has been applied to the Web Server that prevents client computers running Windows 2000 from Authenticating as expected.
