KB article hyperlinks not active in KACE GO
Description

While accessing a KB article on the KACE GO app, any hyperlinks in the article do not work. The hyperlinks work correctly when viewed on a standard web broswer.
Cause

Both Android and iOS handle hyperlinks differently from within applications. Currently the KACE GO app is not designed to recognize hyperlinks from within the KB articles listed on the app.
Resolution

For each link written in markdown add a plain text web address.
Example: [Watch Video](http://kace.com) add the plain text address with no markdown, http://kace.com.
The web address can then be copied and pasted as needed on either Android or iOS device.
