Can Outlook 64-bit be used for Search Exporter?
Description

The Quest Archive Manager Administration Manual states that only Outlook 32-bit is supported for Search Exporter.
Is there any workaround option to use Outlook 64-bit?
Cause

This is a prerequisite as Search Exporter uses MAPI 32-bit. only applies for QA 5.9.6 and below
Resolution

QAM 5.10 Outlook 64-bit can be used for Search Exporter

Prerequisites

The following requirements apply to the workstation where the Search Exporter will be installed:

•

Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 ProPlus, 32-bit, or

•

Microsoft Outlook 2019, 32-bit only, or

•

Microsoft Outlook 2024, 64-bit or 32-bit, running on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, or 7, or

•

Microsoft Outlook 2021, 64-bit or 32-bit, running on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, or 7 SP1

•

Windows Installer 3.1 or later (only for installation).

•

Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.8.
