Resolution
At this time Windows 7 Mobile has not been officially tested and therefore is not officially supported. However, Outlook running on a Windows 7 Mobile device may work and display mail as normal.
An enhancement request has been raised with the product team to officially support Windows 7 Mobile in the future - ST94457.

Since this is an enhancement request, Product Management reviews the requests and if they believe they are desirable features then they may get added to a future release. Unfortunately, this means that at this time we don't have any way to tell when it may be included in the product, if at all.
