Why is Spotlight on Messaging not displaying all Blackberry Servers? -
Description
When attempting to connect to multiple Blackberry servers it is possible that Spotlight on Messaging only discovers one of the BlackBerry servers.

Cause
Spotlight on Messaging only supports connecting to one BlackBerry configuration database. If there are two standalone BlackBerry (BB) servers (each one with its own configuration database) currently Spotlight On Messaging (SOM) 7.0\7.1 does not support connection to both.
If both BlackBerry servers are configured to use one shared configuration data base, specify the BB server that carries the database in the Spotlight connection dialog and SOM will discover both BB servers (records for both BB servers will be found in the same configuration database). -

Enhancement Request TF00064611 has been raised for this feature to be included in a future release of Spotlight on Messaging
