8202 BAR Error During Patching (4299032)

It may be noted that the detect status of Fail (8202) exists after a patch schedule runs.

Further review of local agent logs might show: [KacePatch:Cmd_LarBarProcessor::I] Cmd_LarBarProcessor::IsBAR: BAR is invalid or not implemented yet

Note: Version 10.1 is available for download at this time. Upgrading to 10.1 is the preferred solution, however, the enhancement bundle is available if upgrading is not possible at this time.

To resolve this situation:

Method 1:

• Upgrade to version 10.1

Note: As with any upgrade, KACE recommends that upgrade preparation is complete prior to upgrading

Method 2:

• Apply the Patching Enhancement Bundle to version 10.0
