To resolve this issue, please refresh the update catalog, as InvColPC_7.2.6.1.exe was released.
To refresh the update catalog:
- Go to Security | Dell Updates | Dell Update Subscription
- Scroll down to the Configure section
- Click on Refresh Now next to Catalog
Once the refresh is complete, please schedule and/or run a new detect schedule via Security | Dell Updates | Schedules.
To verify that the K1000 received the new InvColPC_7.2.6.1.exe after a catalog refresh, please review the K1000 Log from Settings | Logs | K1000 Log for the following:
- KBOX [info] OK : /kbox/kboxwww/dell/FOLDER04115968M/1/InvColPC_7.2.6.0.exe
- [notice] K1000 fetching http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER04141490M/1/InvColPC_7.2.6.1.exe
- [notice] KDellUpdater - Complete.
To verify which exe is used on a particular agent, please review C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\dell.
