Limited Support Announcement
Windows XP & Windows Server 2003 will move to Limited Support in both the KACE K1000 and K2000 effective November 1, 2016. Microsoft ended support for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 on April 8, 2014 and July 14, 2015 respectively, prompting the move to Limited Support for both the K1000 and K2000.

Resolution
Limited Support
The main differences between Full and Limited Support
- Support is available for this release/version, and we will use best efforts to provide known workarounds or fixes.
- No new code fixes will be generated except under extreme circumstances and at our discretion.
- Enhancement requests are not accepted.
Lifecyle Policy

Discontinued Support
The next step in the product life cycle is Discontinued Support. A projected end of support for these Windows platforms has not yet been determined.
