After upgrading to 9.0, an error may be encountered when attempting to log into the KACE GO app.
"Could not Login. Check your user name and password."
When logging into the KACE GO application, manager information for the user is queried as well as their manager's manager and so on. If a manager hierarchy has no end, the KACE appliance can run out of memory and prevent the user from logging in. The following scenarios can be the cause of this:
This issue can be confirmed in the ams_rest_error log by downloading the troubleshooting logs located at Settings | Support | Troubleshooting Tools | Retrieve Appliance Activity Logs
