Since this feed is controlled by Dell, they would need to be contacted in order for a new driver or BIOS update to be available on their driver packs. They are usually on the .cab format.
More information on Dell's Driver Packs are available on the following URLs:
Most of the time, the driver packs are released every few months, causing new drivers to be available on Dell's Website but not on the feed provided by Dell instantly.
Updates that are released on Dell.com/support on the second Tuesday of every month will generally appear in Dell Applications such as Dell Command | Update, Dell Update, Alienware Update, SupportAssist, and Dell custom catalogs on the second Friday of every month.
Updates that are released over the Dell Business Client Catalog will generally be released on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Source ("When will the updates be available?" Section)
If a Driver/BIOS Update needs to be deployed as soon as possible, a Managed Installation or Script can be created on the meantime that Dell releases the driver for the Catalog.
Dell's SDP feed is here, which is the feed the SMA pulls the driver info from. When the .cab file is downloaded, it can be opened with Windows Explorer, then look for the DellSDPCatalogPC.xml. This .xml file contains all the drivers provided by Dell within this feed. If you are unable to find the desired driver within this .xml, please request it to Dell directly.
For issues concerning driver duplicity, or info not being displayed correctly, incorrect model(s) listed, this is also for Dell to fix on their end.
