When viewing a mailbox or completing a search the results are not displayed correctly in Internet Explorer, i.e. it says messages are found but the emails are not displayed:

The same mailbox works fine in Chrome.
The ArchiveManager URL needs to be added to the local intranet zone in Internet Explorer so that the page is opened in Compatibility View as follows:
- In Internet Explorer, select tools | Internet Options | Security
- Select "Local intranet" and click Sites
- Click Advanced in the new Window
- Type the Archivemanager URL into "Add this website to the zone:".
- Click Add, close. OK and OK.
- Close and reopen IE.
Alternatively this setting can be controlled via a Group Policy.
