Create two pre install tasks. One called "Configure RAID" and another called "ShutdownPE". The "Configure RAID" will be created using the vendor supplied command line tool. For the "ShutdownPE" task you will enter the following in the command window: "X:\i386\system32\shutdownpe.exe reboot"
Take any scripted install and make a duplicate. Name the duplicate Configure RAID Script. Add the preinstall task "Configure RAID" first followed by "ShutdownPE". The shutdownpe tool will reboot the computer so it will never start the scripted install.
Take your proven scripted install for whatever server OS you are deploying and make sure the standard pre install tasks are in place.
Create a boot action from the systems menu. For the "First Boot Action" select "Configure RAID Script" from the scripted install area. For the "Next Boot Action", Select the scripted install for the operating system you want to deploy. Make sure you change the value in the window from 0 to 1.
Boot the computer to PXE and allow the boot action to take care of the rest.
This will work in conjunction with images as well.
