Description
I have just received my new license file and cannot apply it to Spotlight on Messaging 7.4.1 and receive this error Message: Cannot update license. Please supply a valid license or contact us.

Cause
There is a new license file format for Spotlight on Messaging 7.5 and newer

Resolution
Upgrade your installation of Spotlight on Messaging to 7.5
Then
1. Open Spotlight on Messaging console
2. Navigate to the top node of the tree - Spotlight on Messaging
3. Select the Plug-In Information Tab
Here you will see four components, Blackberry, Exchange, Office Communications Server (OCS) and Spotlight Management Framework
4. Right click the Exchange component and click Update License.
