Description
Various script errors are displayed when viewing messages in the Archive Manager website such as:
Error: Invalid Character
Error: '$IG.GridColumn' is null or not an object.
Error: 'Sys' is undefined.

Cause
.NET Framework 4 is installed on the Archive Manager Web Server.
JAVA component is outdated. -
Resolution
Archive Manager web server requires the following .Net versions to be installed:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (SP1). (Not required in Windows Server 2008)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, plus hotfix NDP20-KB918642-X86.exe, from MS KnowledgeBase article KB918642 (link current as of this release).
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
If .NET 4 is installed, remove it and restart the Archive Manager web server.
JAVA is not required, can be removed.
