Person Search - Users with Inactive Logins could not be searched using To/From conditions.
Description

When attempting to search for messages using the To, From or To or From conditions, users with inactive logins do not get returned.
Cause

This behavior is by product design.
Resolution
WORKAROUND
- Refer to the attached SQL scripts for the respective Archive Manager version.
- Execute the script against the Archive Manager database (i.e. Default Name - ArchiveManager)
STATUS
Enhancement request number TF00773333 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Archive Manager.
