Archive Manger scanning or journal mailbox processing is causing the RPC service on the Exchange server to crash.
If the issue is due to this bug then every time someone opens the message in Outlook or is scanned with Archive Manager it could log an error and potentially crash the RPC service. To resolve the issue you will need to identify the message then they should be hard deleted (Shift + Del) out of the users mailbox or Journal mailbox.
To identify the mailboxes and messages causing these errors.
Search the files located in the ESM or DL directory.
By default the ESM directory is "C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\ESM" The sub folders are arranged in YEAR MM DD
And for the Journal mailbox the DL directory is "C:\Dell\ArchiveManager\DL" The sub folders are arranged in YEAR MM DD
The full error you will see is the following.
Use a utility that allows you to search all the files in a folder.
Search in the current days folder for the string "ERROR: Message.OpenProperty(PR_RTF_COMPRESSED)"
