Cet article décrit comment résoudre les logins retardés avec le K1000 lorsque LDAP est activée.

Chaque fois qu'un utilisateur se connecte, chaque requete utilisateur LDAP est interrogée pour voir si elles doivent être appliquées à l'utilisateur. Si l'une de celle sont mal configurées, alors vous aurez un délai d'attente.
Pour résoudre:
Si vous avez lié les appareils K1000 et K2000, et vous connecter au portail d'administration, votre utilisateur LDAP va tenter d'authentifier l'appareil lié (par exemple, K2000, un autre K1000, ou un site distant Appliance) de sorte que vous aurez l'option dans le menu déroulant Organisation. Si un appareil lié est éteint, cela va provoquer un retard lors de la connexion.
En outre, si l'utilisateur avec lequel vous êtes connecté n'a pas de configuration serveur d'authentification LDAP sur l'appareil lié, alors il terminera son délai d'attente et laissera vous connectez, mais provoqurea un délai d'attente.
