When attempting to register the Secure Copy license key via online registration the message “Product registration failed. Please ensure that you are using a valid Secure Copy license key. The maintenance contract associated with this license key expired before this version of Secure Copy was released” is displayed.
The system clock on the Secure Copy computer is not correct.
Via the Control Panel | Clock, Language, and Region | Date and Time change the date to the current date/time.
