Windows Cumulative Updates (CU) (KB5003637) for June 2021 detected "Not Applicable" (4262842)

May 11, 2021 update KB5003173 included a Servicing Stack update required for installing June 2021 Cumulative Updates.

The June 2021 update has superseded the May update, for which devices that did not install KB5003173 prior to June 2021 CU release, will show the latest update as not applicable in the SMA Patch detect results.

Workaround:

1. Under Security | Patch Management | Subscriptions temporarily uncheck the option "Inactivate Superseded Patches"

2. Navigate to Security | Patch Management | Catalog and search for KB5003173

3. Select the update

4. Click on Choose Action | Change Status to: Active

This will allow the May update to be detected for devices still missing this update and hence the Windows 10 servicing stack update required for KB5003637.
