The following error is logged in the Installer log when Archive Manager Installer fails to install Outlook form on Exchange 2010
Cannot connect to MAPI: /o=TOP/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=SERVERNAME. MAPI Error !

The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not available. Either there are network problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server computer is down for maintenance.
The Archive Manager Installer attempts to push the Outlook form to all Exchange Servers when it should only attempt to push to Mailbox Role Servers with Public folders.
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Archive Manager
