When opening a message in AM website a user could only see the 'Message' tab but not the 'Tags' tab.
This could be due to fact that the Security Action is missing for the Security Role to which that mailbox belongs
In order to add the 'Tags' tab to that mailbox do the following:
1. Launch AM Web Management console
2. Go to 'Mailboxes' on the left pane of the console and in the right pane locate the affected user and identify the type of Mailbox (this would normally be User)
3. Go to 'Security Roles' on the left pane and in the right pane click on the 'Edit ' icon next to the Security Role that needs to be checked (e.g. 'User')
4. Ensure that the 'View Message Tags' security action is listed in the left column. If it's not then it can be added from the right column. Please note that changing the Security Role in this way will affect all users whose mailboxes are of the same type, i.e. all mailboxes will have the 'Tags' added when opening the message in AM website.
