On a browser that never logged into the KACE User Portal or had it's cookies cleared, the KACE logo may be displayed in place of the Custom Logo -

STATUS
This is resolved in v6.4 SP2. Please see the download site for the latest version.
Contact Support if upgrading from 6.3 or earlier, to the latest version.
