A physical appliance reports a hardware issue or you suspect one -
Resolution
KACE Technical support needs to be contacted.
In either case the following information is required so please gather on forehand for a swift resolution:
- Service Tag
- Dset report
- Symptoms observed
- Tests performed before contacting support

- If a part needs to be dispatched, Support will request the full address
- For initial troubleshooting KACE Support may need a downtime of the appliance and a remote hand available
