Messages stored in two folders appear only once in the Archive Manager mailbox
Description

If a message is copied either via an Outlook rule or manually from one folder to another folder in Outlook/Exchange, browsing the corresponding Archive Manager (AM) mailbox on the web UI the message appears only in one of the folders and not in both.
Resolution

This is expected behaviour in current release of AM.

STATUS

Enhancement Request ST49519 has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of Archive Manager.
