How to configure performance provider on BlackBerry Server 5.0.3 (64 bit) to allow Spotlight on M (4246713)

BlackBerry Server Health test fails to retrieve BlackBerry performance counters when monitoring BlackBerry Server 5.0.3 (64 bit)

BlackBerry performance provider is not configured properly on BlackBerry Server 5.0.3

1. Follow the workaround in the BlackBerry Release Notes:

BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange - 5.0.3

2. Make sure that there is an activated simulator or an activated device in the environment.

Note: The same issue has been observed when BlackBerry 5.0.3 is installed on a 32 bit platform. Even though it has not been possible to locate a specific solution targeting BlackBerry Server 32 bit servers explicitly, it has been found that the same steps (except using 32bit dll and related directory) can solve the problem. If the issue still persists, contact BlackBerry support
