ActiveDirectoryConnector: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

at AfterMail.DirectoryConnector.ActiveDirectoryConnector.PopulateMailBoxFromDirectoryEntry(MailBox mailBox, ActiveDirectoryEntryWrapper mailBoxEntryWrapper, MailStore mailStore, MailServer mailServer)
An object in Active Directory exists with an Exchange attribute and the object is not mail enabled.
Possible scenarios:
Mixed mail environments where Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 servers exist together. Mailboxes created on Exchange 2007 servers using "Active Directory Users and Computers" are not created correctly.
Workaround 1:
===========
If the Mailbox was created on an Exchange 2007 server using "Active Directory Users and Computers":
1. Review Archive Active Directory Connector.exe.log
2. Identify the object name just above the following error message:
EX. System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null
Parameter name: mailStore
at AfterMail.DirectoryConnector.ActiveDirectoryConnector.PopulateMailBoxFromDirectoryEntry(MailBox mailBox,
ActiveDirectoryEntryWrapper mailBoxEntryWrapper, MailStore mailStore, MailServer mailServer)
3. Once you have identified the Object (ex.Brian Smith), disable the mailbox for this user using the Exchange 2003 System Manager.
4. Use the Exchange 2007 Managment Console to Enable the Mailbox.
Workaround 2:
==========
Note: Before following the steps below, ensure you have backups and the object you are modifying is not mail enabled in Exchange Server.
1. Review Archive Active Directory Connector.exe.log
2. locate the object name just above the following error message:
EX. System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null
Parameter name: mailStore
at AfterMail.DirectoryConnector.ActiveDirectoryConnector.PopulateMailBoxFromDirectoryEntry(MailBox mailBox,
ActiveDirectoryEntryWrapper mailBoxEntryWrapper, MailStore mailStore, MailServer mailServer)
3. Once you have identified the Object (ex.Brian Smith), Launch adsiedit (Windows Support Tools)
4. Locate this object in the domain naming context by expanding and highlighting the object (Brian Smith); Right Click and select on Properties
5. Scroll down and select on msExchHomeServerName attribute.
6. Click on the 'Edit' button.
7. Click on the 'Clear' button.
8. Stop and Start Archive Manager Active Directory Connector Service.
