The PST Importer fails quoting an error that states that "There is no MAPI Profile Configured, Please go to Control Panel and Configure a Profile using the Mail option" PST Importer is being run on a Citrix Published Workstation, or a system with Outlook as a published application.
The PST Importer requires that an actual physical Outlook installation be present.
Published Apps or Workstations will not work in this scenario.

None - 3rd Party Issue
WORKAROUND:
Install the PST Importer on physical hardware, with a non-published version of Outlook. Ensure that a valid profile exists that can connect to an Exchange server in the environment.
