Description
Trying to apply a license key results in the error:
"The selected license file is not valid. Please select a valid license file or contact your sales representative to obtain one"
Resolution
Open the License key in notepad and check the GeneratorVersion number. If you are using a version ER earlier than 3.0, the GeneratorVersion has to be 2. If the GeneratorVersion is 3, either contact Licensing and request that a new key be created using the version 2 license generator, or upgrade to ER 3.0 or later.
