The functionality to import/export categories or subcategories for Service Desk, is not within the current set of deliverables and it requires additional development time.
This feature is currently not implemented on the appliance.

To create a category, please log in to the SMA adminui: http://(K1000_hostname)/admin. Or, if Organization Fast Switching is enabled, select an organization in the drop-down list in the top-right corner of the page, then go to Service Desk | Settings | Queues | Create/Select queue | choose Customize Fields and Layout. Here you can create category values.
