Login to SDA, then go to "Library | Dell Driver Feed | Precision 5820 Tower" and make sure the latest drivers are installed.
If the issue persists, the other option is to harvest drives from a 5820 Tower working, it is important to make sure that the same components from the client machine we are harvesting drivers, are installed in all the other client machines in which we are going to use those drivers. Then use the following steps:
1- Prepare a Dell Precision 5820 Tower system with Windows 10x64 installed and the desired drivers. (Before harvesting drivers, an isolated system from the domain is recommended, also antivirus software can interfere harvesting drivers.)
2- Download "Driver Feed Builder" https://support.quest.com/download-install-detail/6101072
Then harvest the drivers locally on the computer (do not upload them to the SDA using DFB tool.)
3- Go to the Kace SDA Samba Share Driver and delete all content from the following folder.
\\KaceSDA\drivers_postinstall\dell\windows_10_x64\precision 5820 tower\
4- Paste harvested drivers on the following Kace SDA Samba Share Driver folder.
\\KaceSDA\drivers_postinstall\dell\windows_10_x64\precision 5820 tower\
5- Re-cache the drivers in Kace SDA console in “Settings | Appliance Maintenance”
