The Archive Manager Services are stopping and have difficulty starting unless a reboot is performed. E.g Exchange Store Manager Service has stopped.
You attempt to open the Configuration console and notice the Configuration Console (ConfigurationConsole.exe) process in Task Manager shortly disappears and no console ever comes up.
