When viewing the Diagnostic Console, the OWA Latency value is very high
The OWA Latency is determined by using the MSExchange OWA\Average Response Time perfmon counter. This could indicate an issue with OWA Latency or an issue with the perfmon counter.
The Diagnostic console reads the data from the perfmon counter on the Exchange server. Confirm the data shown in the console is the same as what is provided by perfmon by opening perfmon from the Spotlight on Messaging Server, connecting to the Exchange server and viewing the counter:
If the Spotlight server is Windows Server 2008 or later:
If the Spotlight server is Windows Server 2003 or earlier:
Review the output shown in perfmon. If the value is the same as what is shown in the Diagnostic console then the issue is either with the OWA Latency or the perfmon counter. Please contact Microsoft to troubleshoot further.
