Exchange Store Manager unable to connect via Autodiscover
RESOLUTION 1:
1. Open the Registry (regedit) on the Archive Manager machine
2. Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Quest\Quest Archive Manager\Autodiscover Url\
3. Right-click Autodiscover Url | New | String
4. Name the new string the Office 365 MailServerName
5. Value: https://autodiscover-s.outlook.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
Note: The MailServerName will be the value in the MailboxID log for "MailServer". It is also found in the "Mail Servers" Node in the Archive Manager Website under Administration and will be the name of your Office 365 mailserver.
6. Restart the Exchange Store Manager Service
