Resolution

To modify the session timeout setting for the RMAD Web Portal:
1. Locate the following file in this path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Recovery Manager Portal\Enterprise.Portal.Console\web.config
2. Open the file with a text editor and look for the "sessionState" key.
3. Change the "timeout" value (in minutes) as desired.
