Description
A user's name is changing, as well as their email address, how does Archive Manager treat this change? Will another Mailbox or login be created?What will happen to future email that is sent to the user whose Name and Email Address are changing?

Resolution
No, the Active Directory Connector will update the necessary records in Archive Manager so that the users Email address and user name will change.Email sent to the user in question will be linked to the correct Mailbox in Archive Manager.
The only time a new login/mailbox is created in Archive Manager is if a new Object GUID is found in Active Directory or Novell and NetIQ eDirectory, meaning that a new object was created.The objectGUID in theory should not change since it is globally unique even across different forests, objectGUID conflicts are not expected, and probability of a collision is extremely low.
