Description
When installing Toad Intelligence Central (TIC), one may see the error:
ErrorCode=1720 ErrorMessage=There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. UIHint=0 Data=System.Collections.ObjectModel.ReadOnlyCollection`1[System.String] Result=None

Cause
Using a network drive for the data folder
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
If the server is in a VMware environment, then creating a VMDK drive will resolve the installation issue. Uninstall and re-install utilizing VMDK drive.
