File Level Restore task fails with error message “Error: Mount Failed.” -
Description
The FLR service logs the following error message in the Event Viewer’s Application Log: (1219: Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.) (at do_cifs_mount:120)

Resolution
This is usually due to a "pipe" to the Repository share being stuck open. Rebooting the vRanger server will resolve the issue but if this is not an option you can close the vRanger GUI, open up a Command Prompt on the vRanger box, and run the following command:
net use * /DELETE
Once this is done stop and start the vRanger services and retry the restore.
