Cannot backup an ESXi 5.0 VM with an open snapshot
Description

A backup of an ESXi 5.0 VM with an open snapshot will fail with the following error: "An internal error occurred during execution, please contact vizioncore support if the error persists. Error message: Index was outside the bound of array"
Resolution

Currently the solution is to remove the snapshot prior to backing up the ESXi 5.0 VM.
The defect resolution should be included in vRanger 5.3.
