When attempting a FLR or Full restore from manifest the username and password entered is not allowing access to the files.
The user account specified may not have permissions to the location containing items to be restored.
It is best to be sure the needed manifest and var file are local to the vRanger server. Also logging on as the account used to run the vRanger service and providing the vRanger service credentials will allow the restore to work.
