Adding Virtual Appliance results in message " The host 'ESX_HOSTNAME' already has an existing virtual appliance'
The virtual appliance has been removed from the host in vCenter but now a new VA cannot be added in vRanger
When removing and re-adding a Virtual Appliance, make sure to remove it from vRanger. Using this option will completely remove it from vRanger's inventory and from vCenter/ESX.
Just removing it from the host will not update vRanger configuration and therefore vRanger will still think the VA is on that host.
To remove VA from vRanger:
1. Click on Tools ->Options ->Virtual Appliance Configuration
2. Check the VA that exists that needs to be removed
3. Select remove
This will delete from vRanger and vCenter inventory
