The Core console (GUI) is showing the below message after starting the core service:
The Core server has an issue communicating to the domain controller and the core service can't access the WMI components.
Please verify in event viewer system section, filter warning, critical and errors and the source select NETLOGON, if you see more than 10 NETLOGON error, it's possible the issue is the core server can't communicate to the domain controller.
To fix the issue
1. stop the core service and change to manual the core service
2. make sure you have an administrator local account of the same core server (I recommend you create a new account like support with administrator rights)
3. remove the core server from the domain: goto control panel, system, in system click change settings of computer name, domain and workgroup settings.
4. click in the tap computer name the button change, the options member of, click workgroup and put a workgroup name temporally, and click ok.
5. the server ask to remove the domain put the user name and password with domain admin rights, and now the server is a workgroup.
6. reboot the server and repeat steps 3 to 5, but now selecting the option domain and using again the same user with domain admin rights.
7. reboot the server and now log in with the domain account you use to log in to the core server.
8. go to the service locate the quest core service change the status manually to automatic and start the service, now the service started and the mongodb started too automatic.
