Rapid Recovery virtual standby hangs at 95% Post Processing stage
Description

Rapid Recovery virtual standby task hangs at the 95-100% stage. The issue can occur in both Hyper V and ESXi exports.
Cause

Sometimes export postprocessing step takes a lot of time because of incorrect dismount logic in the driver.

This issue is related to a known Defect.
Resolution

This issue is resolved in Rapid Recovery 6.2. The installers for the most recent build of Rapid Recovery can be found @ Rapid Recovery - Download Software.

Workaround
A patch has been prepared to resolve this issue. Please contact Support for the correct patch.
