A backup or replication job fails with the following error:
An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Quest support if the error persists. Error Message: API Call failed with message: An error occurred while quiescing the virtual machine. See the virtual machine's event log for details.
When one tries to do a quiesced snapshot using vSphere Client, it also fails with the following error:
The guest OS has reported an error during quiescing. The error code was: 5 The error message was: 'VmBackupSyncDriverStart' operation failed.
