It is observed that a backup to Synology NAS Repository fails with "Error 2254-Unable to read or write to the repository. Please ensure permissions are correct"
Confirming the credentials to the Repository fails with "Failed to connect to repository. Please verify your credentials (if applicable) and ensure the directory path is correct."
Multiple failed attempts to log in to the Synology device, caused the vRanger IP address to be blocked.
Events on the Synology device confirm that.
Disable Autoblock option on the Synology device.
Confirm that vRanger can connect to the Repository.
Run the backup.
