Unable to download Agent from Core. -
Description
When attempting to download the Agent software from the Core console or attempting to deploy the agent software, you get Internal Server Error or File not Found.
You will see the following error in the logs:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\installers\Agent-Web.exe
or
DEBUG 2017-10-16T09:35:58 [2303] - Core.Web.MvcApplication ()
Unexpected error during processing request : /apprecovery/admin/Content/HybridTheme/less/images/Header/header-btn-hover.pngSystem.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): File does not exist -
Cause
This issue is caused by the agent web installer file not existing in the correct file location.

Resolution
This issue may be caused by damaged program files in the Rapid Recovery program files directory or by a missing agent web installer file. To resolve the issue:
- Stop the core service
- Open explorer on the core server and browse to C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\Installers
- Agent-web.exe should exist in this folder. If it has been renamed to something different, change the name back to Agent-web.exe.
- If it does not exist, run a repair of the core service
