The Core is unable to verify the license, but can successfully connect to the license portal.
When attempting to 'Contact Now' from Settings | Licensing, you receive the following error:
In the logs you will see one of the following errors every hour:
1. ERROR [133] - Replay.Core.Implementation.Licensing.LicenseService ()
Phone Home failed with unexpected exception.
System.ArgumentNullException depth 0: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: input (0x80004003)
2. ERROR [233] - Replay.Core.Implementation.Licensing.LicenseService ()
Phone Home v 7.0.1: Phone Home failed with unexpected exception.
System.ArgumentNullException depth 0: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: uriString (0x80004003)

Solution for second error:
1. Stop Core service.
2. Repair the Core installation.
3. Reboot the Core server.
The Core is now able to phone home.
