Cluster Hyper-V agentless protection fails with "Unrecognized Guid Format" (4039011)

When attempting to add in a Hyper-V cluster into protection. It fails with a "Unrecognized Guid Format" error. 

This has been identified as an issue when a VM on the Hyper-V cluster is in a specific state. Rather than skipping this and continuing to protect the Cluster, the whole protection job incorrectly fails. 

On the Core you receive the below error when attempting to protect a Hyper-V cluster

In Core AppRecovery.logs you find the below error,

On the Agent AppRecovery.PM logs you find the below error repeating,

This defect will be resolved in a future release of Rapid Recovery.
